We work at a university level to support women studying towards engineering and technology qualifications with key employability and innovation ready skills and women in industry to provide leadership development and support. WomEng also runs incubators, accelerators and venture builders to support the development of women who have founded STEM businesses. We are building and supporting the women in STEM ecosystem in Africa and beyond.
